HumanKine™ IL-17F

Recombinant human IL-17F expressed in engineered human cells. IL-17F is a 38 kDa glycosylated disulfide linked homodimer with 40% homology to IL-17A and belongs to the IL-17 protein family. IL-17F promotes the production of TGF beta, G-CSF, IL-6. IL-17F stimulates peripheral blood mononuclear cell proliferation as well as T-cell proliferation and inhibits endothelial angiogenesis. IL-17F is important in cartilage matrix turnover.
