StemAdhere™ Pluripotency Substrate
Primorigen is proud to announce the launch of StemAdhere™, a novel culture substrate* for propagation of pluripotent/iPS cells. StemAdhere™ is a defined factor of completely human sequence and is produced under defined (StemAdhere™) or xeno-free (StemAdhere XF™, in development) conditions. StemAdhere ensures maintenance of pluripotency under long term culture (>40 passages) and offers a direct replacement for feeder cells and other undefined culture matrices such as Matrigel™.
The StemAdhere Pluripotent Cell Growth Kit prepares 100 ml of coating solution and includes everything needed for coating and cell release:
- StemAdhere (1 mg)
- Dilution Buffer (200 ml)
- Cell Release Buffer (200 ml)
- 6-well plates (16 ea).
